My experience at LensCrafters in Concord Mills today was truly beyond expectations, and that is all because of Yuteh. She was absolutely amazing and is the reason I would remain a loyal customer to LensCrafters. From start to finish, she went above and beyond. She was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. I felt truly valued throughout the entire experience. She was patient with me even when I was very indecisive between multiple frames. Not once did she show frustration or impatience—only kindness and understanding. The mere fact that this location is inside a mall should encourage a sense of urgency when acknowledging potential customers. It maybe impossible to greet every customer that walks through the door. However if a customer is in your establishment for 12mins trying on frames, show some interest in their presence and ensure they have been helped or at least greeted. I have been to several LensCrafters so I know it is possible and a level of customer service that is practiced with this company.
