There was resistance from staff and the eye doctor to getting my interpupilary distance measured in the off chance I did want to purchase frames online, all for very convincing reasons, but I didn't find there intent was for me to find a pair of quality cheap glasses, but rather to sell me on something top-dollar. I think the employees are very intuitive and talented at what they do, but the structure and goals of the business are to the expense of their otherwise high-performing salespeople. Even despite the high-traffic afterlunch time of day and apparent understaffing, they were exceptionally quick and well-timed at handling customers.
