I understand that things happen, but I just drove an hour there (and back) just for someone to tell me that there is nobody on duty to help me. Please hire alternative staff for situations such as this. What is even the point of being open if you're not able to get what you need? Call prior to driving. 😒

The exam was thorough and quickly done! We were then helped by the Assistant Store Manager, Kayla McClure, to purchase my husband a new pair of glasses. She was awesome! Kayla was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and informative. With her help, he selected a very nice pair of glasses that had all the elements he wanted. The entire experience was less than an hour!! Job well done!
