Service and staff are great, but I went up here to pick up my glasses (I live an hour away) and there was a very nice employee there, but he did not have the ability to give me my glasses (No optometrist on duty). I understand that things happen, but I just drove an hour there (and back) just for someone to tell me that there is nobody on duty to help me. Please hire alternative staff for situations such as this. What is even the point of being open if you're not able to get what you need? Call prior to driving. 😒

Kayla was top-notch. We walked in with broken nose pad and eventhough our insurance had expired she gladly helped fix my daughter's glasses. Her helpfulness got us on our way, until we could get back home to our eye Dr. Super friendly, and helpful! We will be back Kayla thank you again!

My husband and I had a great experience at LensCrafters (store 1024) in Concord, NC. He received an eye exam from an on-site eye doctor, Dr. Patel. The exam was thorough and quickly done! We were then helped by the Assistant Store Manager, Kayla McClure, to purchase my husband a new pair of glasses. She was awesome! Kayla was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and informative. With her help, he selected a very nice pair of glasses that had all the elements he wanted. The entire experience was less than an hour!! Job well done!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
