First she informed me that the prescription that the doctor had given my daughter might cause a reaction since its closely related to penicilling wich shes allergic to then she called my doctor to change the prescription when the doctors office called it in to the wrong pharmacy she called the pharmacy to retrieve the prescription . She then informed me that the prescription was friendlier medicine for my daughtee but that they wouldnt have it til tommorow then she called a pharmacy near me to see if i could pick it up there. All of this happend from 3 to 5 so she was running around making phone calls for a couple of hours for me and the whole time she was so sweet and polite. She really made this whole mess of a situation bareable.shes an exceptional employee who enjoys her job and cares about the client.
