  I can never seem to come when they are open…came by twice today already and they are closed. No sign to post when or if someone will be there today at all. Very frustrating

  The lady that is the new manager of the store. Was very rude and ugh to me when I walked in. I looked at items that were close to date and needed to be marked down for expiring next month because I usually buy these items due to how expensive things are. I pulled a few things and was like these are close to date and she was like “I haven’t gotten to that section yet” rudely. I was quietly looking and she was watching me and saying “that section doesn’t have expired things.” Not sure how you can be a manager in customer service and be rude. I’m a pro member and she wasn’t going to tell me about the rewards on my account, even though I knew I had some. I asked once and she told me I had a 10 off 50 coupon. I had to ask again about the rewards and I had a $5 and $10 one. She also did not give me the free GNC bar/drink/protein shake I’m supposed to get as a pro member.

  Over charging a customer the wrong price because you haven’t had time to update the price tag on the shelf and then stating that you don’t know how to refund the customer because of how your system is setup is unacceptable. I’m owed at least $10 but no one knows how to refund my money. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs is this cannot be legal. Visited the store the store at 10:30 on 7/3. I will drive to Kannapolis for sure from now on.

  Kenneth helped me so much today! He was able to save me money on stuff I was going to buy anyway. He had a smile on with everyone who asked him a question and was upbeat even though it was pretty busy in there. I will absolutely come back to this location even though I really don’t love going to the mall!

  This location has the rudest most unprofessional associates I've ever had to deal with. Every single time I visit the Concord mills location I always regret it and think I should have saved the trip and ordered online. This most recent trip had to involve 3 Concord Police officers being called in as the store associate Dean or Jermaine or whatever he pretends to go by had threatened me to "step outside" as he put it to address my concerns I was being overcharged. He then attempted to write down my personal information on scratch paper for his own personal use which was terrifying right in front of the officer. Never recommend anyone ever go here.
