I didn't know I needed hearing aids. George Stevens,Jr. has really made a difference in my life. He is very professional, thorough, and understanding. He takes with you through the process and explains options with absolute clarity. I wouldn't recommend a better person or place to go local.

I went to two different hearing specialists in Waynesville in order to do a comparison. After going to the Miracle Ear location in Waynesville, I knew they would be the place that would provide the best service for me. Ashley was wonderful. It was clear to me that she was very competent in her field. She explained everything in detail about the testing procedures and the results. Because the world of hearing aids was new to me, Ashley made recommendations and explained how 2 options could fit my hearing and lifestyle needs. Ashley was spot on with her recommendation and I have been so happy with the results. I enjoy using the technology of my smart phone to control the array of options my hearing aids have for me. They are even rechargeable. No batteries to deal with! Ashley seeks to provide the absolute best experience for her client. The follow up visits, after receiving my hearing aids, have been invaluable. At each visit Ashley takes the time to insure I am getting the top performance out of my aids. Bree has been fantastic in accommodating my ever changing schedule for my appointments. Ashley and Bree are a great customer service team!

She and her office staff were very courteous and helpful in helping me know just what to do to maximize the use of my new hearing aids as well as minimizing the cost to me. I've been using hearing aids for quite a while already but the new features of my new ones with no batteries and bluetooth capabilities are really great and a very exciting upgrade.
