The office staff was nice. The office was clean. The wait was not long. I was taken right at my appointment time and the doctor was thorough.

Dr. Cross and the team of administrative and tech personnel offer friendly patient-centered care. I trust this clinic and look forward to my visits, even the shots. And I feel much better.

Dr.Cross and staff are amazing. He took time to talk to me and answered all my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all. There is not enough space for me to say how wonderful they are.

It pains me to leave a negative review because the one office visit I had here was a positive experience. But for context, last night the greater WNC area experienced a freak snow blanketing that left many of the roads dangerous to drive on. As such, I received a message this morning that my 8:45am appointment was cancelled as the office wouldn't be open until 1pm today to be safe. That's perfectly reasonable.
What's not reasonable is that I called them this afternoon to reschedule my appointment and their earliest appointment availability for missing an appointment outside of my control was in February of next year. I expected to be seen within a few weeks or a month of this cancellation but three+ months out is absurd. I sincerely hope whoever reads this review understands how frustrating this is and how it seems to demonstrate a lack of concern for patient well-being or for any sort of flexibility in scheduling. This practice seems to be overbooking their providers and need to allow for some sense of flexibility in scheduling to account for emergencies, acts of God, etc. Glad this occurred early on in my time as a patient at this practice so I can find another provider that's more respectful of their patients' time and concerns.
