  Dr. Megan Branche is unprofessional and rude. My family has given this place multiple tries … my father, my mom, my brother, and my uncle and they all said that she had a bad attitude and a condescending demeanor and I experienced it myself today. Left the office feeling very unheard, disrespected, and frustrated. I will not be coming back.

  Not to happy with the service I have received. I’ve been twice and both times I felt like I was being rushed and not listened to. I’ve never had my abdomen examined while fully clothed and sitting up for a physical. I complained about carpal tunnel and it was never even addressed. When asked about my mental health it was completely glossed over she literally asked “is that something you want to pursue or not really?” When I called the office to complain they acted like they weren’t even interested and told me when I make my next appointment to just ask for the other doctor. I don’t feel like I’m cared about or heard at this doctors office and sadly I have to have them contact my insurance before I can even find a new doctor. For someone who has refused to go to the dr for years out of fear this has been an absolute nightmare. Edit- I wasn’t going to name the dr but after reading some of the reviews I realize I’m not alone. The dr is Megan Branche

  7-26-22 New patient, first visit and Megan came through the door with an attitude and treated me rudely and complained about it was slot of work to put a new patient in the system. She was rude from the time she walked through the door, not professional at all. I see in the reviews that there's another complaint on Megan so I'm not the only one, I'm sure the manager is aware of this so let's see what they do, I'm still waiting to hear from the manager and I will update this review UPDATE 7-26-22 You can see the generic reply that they posted and they said I could call their feedback line, lol They clearly don't value their patients. I cannot recommend this place because I just found out that Megan is the only healthcare provider there and you would probably be better off going somewhere else.

  Very professional and everything was explained to us also.. would recommend them to anyone.. awesome staff..

  Treated quickly and seriously
