  The enter staff at Clemmons Medical Center was fabulous, from the time I entered the main entrance with three ladies greeting me warmly, to B's CMA that was an absolute delight, and B! What can I say B has a heart for her patients and is well grounded in her knowledge of EBP. That is appreciated from one DNP nurse to another. Thank you! Of course, insurance auth is required, and that in itself is always a cause for delay, but B is willing to assist in anyway. Thank you to the entire team that touched me along the way today. N. Wells

  No contact from the clinic in quiet awhile. Have not had my prolia shot, long over due. My doctor from WS Health Care had to due a referral for them to contact me. I've been going there for going on 3 yrs, and when contacted thought I was a new patient.

  I was disappointed in the co munication with the clinic. No one ever explained the results of my testing including the bone density test. They did not follow up with the infusion appointment or the endocrinology appointment. I also received a prescription from the pharmacy and was not told to expect it or what it was for. I would not recommend them.

  As always, my experience at the osteoporosis clinic was amazing! From check-in, to the bone density testing, and including the exam with Dr Mitchell, I cannot say enough about how impressive the staff is. I would, and have, recommended this facility and will continue to do so. I have full trust in their abilities in assessment and treatment.
