The staff are always so nice as well. My only reason for taking one star is the change in hours. I don't want to change gyms but I need my 4 am time slot to workout. This is my only time I can go prior to work monday through friday. I love going beforehand to start my day. I am going to have to change to another gym to accommodate my schedule. I am sad but I understand they have their reasons for changing hours. As long as you dont need the time frame it has been a great gym otherwise. I will miss it!❤️

And the recent replacement of equipment was a great addition, but it has come at the cost of a safe area to do stretching or floor exercises on a mat. What I mean by safe as the open areas were made up of space where there is a wall at your back and doesn't expose users to traffic and the use of free weights that members bring in and sometimes drop. Now there is exercise equipment filling up that space leaving only a small area that is reserved for Black Card
