  Have taken my son here twice. The staff members are very professional and a pleasure to interact with. Very short wait time. I highly recommend Main Street Family Care.

  Went there for a pre-screening, a cup of urine was sitting at the station where I placed my urine, then I was told to wait in the waiting area till my paperwork was ready instead of staying there watching my urine be poured in tubes and sealed. Not professional at all.

  The setup of this place is very dystopian. You walk in and have to set up or check into an appointment on a kiosk, there’s no desk with people. To request to speak to someone, they call you through the kiosk. It’s very bizarre. When I brought my husband in to be seen, we weren’t crazy about the set up. Or one of the “receptionists”. But, this place still gets a great review from us because Priscilla was so so sweet and kind to us and even followed up with my husband after the appointment. I would keep using this urgent care just for her. Thank you so much. Also, there’s a flat rate for those without insurance which is $150, so that is nice.

  Pretty poor communicaton i came for some job clearing and sat in the waiting area for 30 min. Then they told me it would be another 2 hours. So they ether had no idea what was going on or idk. Horrible also i was the only one in the waoting area littery nobody else crazy

  This my second time coming to this urgent care, and I haven’t been disappointed. The doctors and nurses are amazing, patient, and actually listens to you. I’m definitely a returning patient.
