The measure of a good organization is how often mistakes happen and how easy the team makes it to resolve the issues. This place gets 2 stars because mistakes don’t happen too often, but when they do… holy cow. The good: - Not much except they don’t screw up a ton. They don’t go the extra mile, and they’re all dead inside and can’t smile or seem sincere. The bad: - They auto-enroll you in their auto-refill, which isn’t calibrated properly because it refills orders weeks before you should run out of the last one. You aren’t notified of this. - They say they will only keep prescriptions for 2 weeks, but I’ve had scrollings called in that I chose not to fill, and they still had them ready to go a month later. They only call you the day before they put it back, telling you to pick it up by the next day. But then they’ll restock it half the time, even if you meet the deadline. I think if they run low on something, they go back to old fills and cannibalize from them to fill more recent orders. - Their automated phone system makes it incredibly difficult to speak with a real person. Too short a description of what you need, and it just Leo’s telling you it needs more info. Too much info and it says it doesn’t understand, so please try again. - They aren’t sincere about anything. No smiles, no pleasant greetings. Fine when they don’t screw up, but when they do, the “sorry” is meaningless and it’s made very clear they aren’t sorry. - Their fill times are chaos. Don’t get a script called in and expect it when they tell you. They’ll tell you a long time, making you leave or wait, and it was ready in 5-10 minutes. Or they tell you a short time, making you wait, and it takes over an hour. You’re not notified of any of this. Don’t use this as an emergency pharmacy. If you can’t wait at least a day for it, fill it somewhere else. - When you do pick up, go over everything with them before hand. Most of the time, they will not ask you what you’re there for or go over the list of things they have ready for you. They just try to give you everything they have ready for you, which you may have been auto-enrolled in without knowing or you may have intentionally not filled something. They will try to give you everything and charge you for it all, then send you on your way, hoping you don’t catch the issue and come back. Once you leave with it, they will not accept returns for cross contamination reasons, so you’ll be stuck with it.

I called in to have them call and transfer my prescription from NJ and I made it clear to please use the same manufacturer as my previous pharmacy since the particular manufacturers work for me well I had a family member pick up my prescription because I'm home with COVID. They just came home and didn't follow my request after the woman said she recorded my request. If they didn't have it they could have contacted me and gave me a option. Now I can't return them and I'm sure my blood pressure will go up the same as the last time they didn't listen.

Update 03/2018: I've been using the Express lane since they started and it was great at first. Now that it is more popular, the quality of service has declined rapidly. My last 3 orders have been wrong, from missing a few bags of food and a case of water to overcharging me by $15. Original: Very quick service and very helpful every time I go! They are closed from 2-2:30 for lunch in the pharmacy.
