  After my old doctor changed her profession I was recommended to go here and ms. Candice is the absolute best doctor. She’s just as good as my old doctor I would definitely recommend coming here. They are An amazing staff And they really wanna make sure you’re taken care of

  Staff is so amazing and friendly and all the Dr's I've seen have been outstanding. They truly listen to your concerns and take time to talk with you at each appointment. Everyone here has been awesome! Highly recommend!

  Staff was very nice and professional, can't say the same for Dr Stevens. She was dismissive of my experience and research, very closed minded about treatment options, and she didn't do anything she said she would. I saw her 3 weeks ago and she still has not written any notes about our visit on MyChart, and she has not had anyone call to schedule the laparoscopy we agreed on. Disappointed as an understatement. Would not recommend. 5/3/23: Updated after receiving a notification from Novant that Dr. Stevens is leaving the practice. GOOD RIDDANCE! After my bad experience with this uncaring "doctor", I found a surgeon who listened and did exactly what I wanted, without any hesitation. Caring physicians are out there, don't settle for less. Dr. Stevens - shame on you. I hope you got fired for negligence.

  I had to edit my review, after switching OBGYNs so I could deliver at an Atrium facility instead. I had countless ultrasounds at this office, for once reason or another. Multiple providers and the ultrasound technician provided these services. At my ultrasound at my new OBGYNs office, they noticed I have a very large ovarian tumor that needs surgery. I asked if this could have recently developed and they said there is no way. I had all my ultrasounds at Novant China Grove within the last 2 years and they did not catch anything. On top of that, the dr that performed my C-section delivery here at Novant China Grove Women's informed me after surgery that she had "nicked one of my organs, but it wasn't too bad" When I got home and read my surgery notes to try to figure out which organ was damaged, the note just said that I had a normal vaginal delivery without complications... I had a scheduled C-Section! Therefore, I would not recommend this office.
