  Joshua, Ken & Maddy were so fun! But also incredibly knowledgeable and honest. They identified the shape that suited my face quickly and gave me many choices for frame and lens colors. It was my first experience at Warby Parker, but it will not be my last!

  Love love love this location and the girls that work here are so sweet and helpful me and my friend came here to shop for her a new pair of glasses and I swear I think they let her try on every pair and helped us decide what looked good on her and what didn’t we also got a great recommendation for lunch. I’m sorry if I get your names wrong but I believe it was Julie Maren and James that helped us and they both were wearing glasses from Warby, which made us feel So much better about our choice definitely definitely would recommend this location Thank you, ladies and James

  An extra star because the people at this location were nice and helpful. The eye exam is done remotely, and the "#1 or #2" test is weird with lag; he was saying "#2" as it was just switching to #1. The big issue was getting the glasses. I was told it would be 2 weeks. Two weeks later at 4:59 I get an email saying my glasses are delayed. I reply asking if there is an issue and am told they're just a little delayed because of my (somewhat) fancy lenses. I follow up a couple days later and am told my glasses failed quality check long before that first email and they had to start over. From then on, it was weeks of customer service lying to me, telling me that my glasses were just about to ship, then admitting that they were never close to shipping in the first place. I wish I would've looked at reviews for the company Warby Parker instead of just this location because there seem to be a ton of stories like mine and worse.

  Went in to look for a pair of glasses I’ve had my eyes on for a few months now, and wound up deciding on a completely different pair thanks to Merin & Dorian. They took their time to show me all of the options available, as well as helping me figure out which pair worked the best on me. I asked for additional information about ordering contacts, and they gave me all the information about my options through insurance. So incredibly helpful & kind, thank you to you both!
