  This was my second visit at vision source 2020. I am very thankful for Dr. Robertson as my eye doctor. She has always been very thorough, approachable and does a great job educating the patients about her findings and the WHY behind a lot of procedures that are done at an optometrist’s office. I’ve never had an optometrist as personable as her. I highly recommend Dr. Robertson. The entire facility is very clean, modern and upto date. They have the best technology and diagnostics available in the area. The business team is well trained and doctor’s assistants are excellent and very well trained also. Highly recommend this office.

  I had an amazing experience at Vision Source from start to finish! The front desk team made me feel so welcome! The technician took the time to explain every step of the process. Dr. Robertson was exceptional—thorough, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made sure I fully understood everything about my eye health. My favorite part was visiting the optical department! All the opticians were patient, helpful, and had a great eye for style—they helped me find frames that I absolutely love! The whole team were very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Vision Source. Such a wonderful experience!

  I needed to find a new eye doctor due to my insurance changing. I do not like having to start over with someone or some place new. However, my experience was really good from the moment I walked through the doors. The staff were friendly, patience, polite and professional which made me feel comfortable and at ease.

  This place is a rip-off! I took my 4yr old granddaughter here for an eye exam and they only wrote the exam for half of the prescription. When it was filled and we got some glasses the granddaughter complained that she still could not see clearly. So I asked for the full prescription that was paid for (and it was within the timeframe of the 1 yr). THEY REFUSED to provide the full prescription strength that was determined at the time of the exam. They want you come back in and PAY MORE $$ to get the initial diagnosised prescription. RUN DON'T WALK TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY! ***Oh, by-the-way, I paid close to $300;for a 4yr Olds eye exam and $140 for the frames elsewhere.
