My h from the beginning, so it was a great experience and we’re purchasing the things she suggested and I’m hoping that they do as well as we’re expecting. She was very good and she was an excellent sales person.

Update- id give zero stars if i could. DO NOT GO HERE, they will tell you one price and charge a different price. They have a no refund policy. They will say its okay when its not. I just went there on Thursday april 2nd 2026. I went through the process of getting my foot sized and talked about my foot pain. After she takes us to the check out I asked what the price was and was told $150. So I didn't think to look at the screen at the checkout. When I got home I got the notification that my bank account was at 0 dollars. When I checked my account had been charged $1,826.11 dollars. By the time I had already seen it they were closed and so was the bank. On that Friday april 3rd 2026(the very next day) I called my bank to freeze that charge, unfortunately it had already went through. I also went to the store again to see if it was a mistake for how much I was charged. To my surprise it was not a mistake. I asked what my options were they said that they could do a payment plan. Also that it would have to be the manager whos the only one who could do that. I asked if the manager was there, she was not but I was informed the manager would be there saturday April 4th 2026 form 10am to 6pm. So I got up at to be there at 10 as I was already on the way I received a text at 9:51am I received a text saying that the manager would not be there. As I was already on the way to the store and was not turning back around. I went and was greeted by an employee walking out of the store to inform me that they had texted me so I went in to talk to elianna to ask about why I was charged so much. To also let her know what she told and charged me were two different prices. She said that what she told me that the price she told be was for the payment plan. At the time of purchase there was no mention of a payment plan and when I went to pay she never said the full price. And what I got the recipt I didn't think to look because I was under the impression it was $150.
What they did was wrong and the option to do it as a payment plan was not worth it because ive already been charger for the whole amount. And if I cant trust them with the first price charge I dont trust them enough to do a payment plan with them.

Elianna was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable. Helped me get the best fit for immediate relief and support across all of my activities. However, be aware that these inserts are expensive. It wouldn’t hurt for the price ranges to have been given upfront. It personally wouldn’t have swayed me either way because I was seeking relief but it definitely is costly. $300-$500 per insole.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet arch supports differ from regular inserts or insoles?
