After making the appointment and confirming with them that they accepted our insurance she took her in. When she got there the lady proceeded to tell her that the visit would be out of network. When she ask how much it would cost to remove the ingrown toenail she was quoted $325.00. My wife told her no thanks that we couldn't do that. The nail salon my wife goes to is next door. My wife walked over and talked to one of the technicians. She helped her get the toenail fixed and said there would be no charge. Ryan Foot and Ankle Specialists you should be ashamed of this! Side note. She thought this was the office on Old Audrey Kell when she made the appointment. They do her Aunts toenails every six weeks and charge her 69.00 and removed a ingrown toenail last time.
- BBBrittney BurtMar 5, 20265.0I came and seen Dr. Glaser after previously seeing 2 other podiatrists for a toenail issue who were very unhelpful to me and made me feel as if I were a bother to them. Dr. Glaser listened to my concerns and immediately validated that the issue I was having. He was so helpful. He explained everything in great detail and gave me several options in relation to treatment. He was also very nice and he made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Thank you Dr. Glaser for being an exceptional physician!
