  The lady who assisted me was amazing. She was professional, courteous, and efficient, and did an excellent job. Although I didn’t catch her name, she was a new Black employee working on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in the Charlotte, NC office. Kudos to her!

  I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which made everything stress-free from the start. The nurse was incredibly skilled, professional, and made me feel very comfortable during the test. Overall, excellent service and efficiency—I highly recommend this location!

  Horrible facility. Had an appt. No one called my name: waited 20 min after my appt. No one available to talk to or check in with. Will not go back
