  Stopped by only to drop off an envelope with a test card. Even though it states that they close at 4:30pm, the door was locked way before that time. Also, I could here people inside and knocked several times but no one bother to answer. Called on the phone hoping to.let them know it was only a drop off, but no answer either. Do not stick to the hours of operation at all.

  Thank you to Tisa and her teammates for the excellent service. I had an urgent situation and I waited without an appointment and I was seen much sooner than I expected. Tisa went above and beyond to assist me.
