  Everyone in the office were professional, pleasant, thorough and methodical. Everything went very well, and there was little or no discomfort during or after the root canal.

  The diagnosis of a needed root canal is not what anyone wants to hear, especially me. Dr. Carpenter and Lourdes assured me there would be no pain and they were right, even the numbing injection/needle prick was painless. In just 1 hour they performed a painless root canal with no side affects. I had a pain free dinner that night. Thank you Dr. Carpenter and Lourdes.

  Husband just had his 3rd root canal done by Queen City Endo. Dr. Hal Coe has done all of them and my husband couldn’t be more pleased. He’s very skilled, knowledgeable, patient, and always shows concern for my husband’s situation. The techs are very friendly and helpful, and put him at ease. The front office staff is top notch too! Highly recommend!!

  I feel that I would fall short in writing this review regarding the excellent service I received at this place. I was absolutely stunned when I walked into the office and Ms. Beth greeted me by name! It was my first time visiting, yet she already knew my name—wow, that is 100% top-notch service. She was very kind, attentive, and professional. Dr. Coe’s assistant, Lourdes, was exceptional and very friendly. And as for Dr. Coe himself, it is evident that he loves his work and performs it with both empathy and passion; I will be eternally grateful to him and to everyone who assisted me there. I recommend this place without a doubt—100%! Thank you so much!

  I was treated so well from the receptionist, dental assistant, and the doctor. They were great! I was not expecting to have root canal performed but everything was explained and the care and attention to the procedure, I have no words except Awesome! I had no pain afterwards, that was a first. Thank you Queen City Endo!
