  very nice spot. Isabelle, Maya, and Zury were fab. I didn't make it over a minute in the cold plunge, but maybe you can.

  First time visit! Wonderful facilities, nice reception and hosts to explain all the services with tour of each area.I did infrared sauna and cold plunge with audio music. Very relaxing and nice shower afterwards. Definitely recommend a visit 🤗 Bob C.

  My husband and I love coming here together for a peaceful date night! Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and just a joy to chat with. Very clean facility, they truly make it feel like such a luxury. They’re very informative on each service and really get to know you so they can properly recommend what would benefit you best. We love Pause!

  Staff was very kind. This was a great place for a little Postres recovery. I loved the compression boots and they also had access to the massage gun so I highly recommend for a post race.

  What a splendiferous experience! Isabelle greeted me by name as soon as I walked in and was such a pleasant variable in this restorative equation. She gave me a tour and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire journey while explaining each service and what she loved about them. The facility is tastefully composed and the atmosphere quite relaxing. I highly recommend that you pause your hectic day and take time to reconnect.
