  Called multiple times and they suppose call to schedule back and nothing happen. Terrible customer care.

  I've had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment. It took weeks to secure my initial appointment, and when I finally arrived, their system was down. I was told to call on Monday to reschedule, but despite leaving multiple messages, no one has answered the phone or returned my calls. It's incredibly disappointing and difficult to get the care I need when I can’t even schedule an appointment. This level of service is completely unacceptable and makes the healing process even harder.

  My therapist was great but the back office team that manages approvals etc is just terrible. Could never get approvals done on time, there was no follow-up by the office, typically by the time you get approval it is too late to get an appointment ( since approval is expiring). This happened several times. Not sure why they can’t ever improve this process. So overall pretty frustrating to work with them.

  I've been there after 5 different surgeries and I wouldn't go anywhere else, the therapist there are fantastic!
