  The front desk staff was great. Dr. G. was very good. He did such a great job explaining the medications, and how I can control my diabetes. Dr. G. also did a follow up with different foods to eat. love my Dr. G April

  Novant Steele Creek Family Medicine added my billing information to another patient’s account, and I was incorrectly charged. Despite acknowledging the error, it has still not been fixed. I continue to receive emails and billing information for this other patient, which is extremely concerning from a privacy standpoint. Multiple attempts to resolve this have gone nowhere.

  Our experience with this primary care clinic and Dr. Mawuse Gbegnon, MD, has been wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. Dr. Gbegnon took his time to listen to my mom’s concerns and explained everything clearly. We truly appreciate his caring attitude and how much he values his patients’ well-being. All the staff from the front desk to the medical assistants, nurses, and lab are also outstanding, very welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend this office!

  Dr David Mendelsohn is my go to guy. Always attentive and helpful. I’ve been his patient since 2013 with several emergencies well diagnosed and treated. I’m grateful to have him, his staff and Novant on my side.
