  The team at Novant Health Sports Performance took great care of me. They were instrumental in my rehabilitation from shoulder surgery. Top notch therapists (especially Daryl and Melissa), and friendly staff (especially Rehna). I would certainly give them my recommendation.

  I love NHEXOS! My husband and I have been members since January, and our health is improving dramatically as a result. The facility is awesome, and the workouts are so carefully designed that they never become boring. The best thing about NHEXOS is definitely the staff. Each member of the team there is highly qualified, knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind. They continue to meet us where we are as individuals and walk alongside us as we seek to become more physically fit and make better dietary choices. They make sure that we're challenged (definitely challenged!) but always safe and not overwhelmed. They genuinely care about helping their clients to become the best they can be, and it shows. The community at this gym - both staff and members - is what keeps me coming back almost every single day. Committing to working out consistently has been hard for me in the past, but at NHEXOS, I feel like I don't have to do it alone. I am grateful, and I recommend NHEXOS highly!
