  PA Kirsten was great. It took over a week after our appointment for someone to call to schedule the injection. Shillece called once, on 1/21. I called her back later that day and multiple more times after that. Now her mailbox is full. Aside from being unprofessional and a bad representation of the practice, this is also highly frustrating given I’m in pain every day.

  We were seen by PA Kristin (sp?). She was very abrupt in her communication. She prescribed Gabapentin for nerve pain but kept saying (incorrectly) that it was a nerve stimulator. Her approach is a bit harsh. She seemed impatient when my husband explained his Rx concern.

  Fitted me for my AFO. He was great, very knowledgeable. Explained everything simplicity. All staff I encountered were very helpful and experienced!
