  Dr. Marky was great!😊 I really appreciated this visit. I came in contact with Dr. Marky and his PA which he was absolutely awesome. They examined me from head to toe. They was originally only supposed to be a second opinion Doctor but I made a decision right then and there because as a black women our pain is not treated as if we were white women and they saw no color when they came in there they looked at my chart. They explained my MRIs and my x-rays and told me exactly where the pain was coming from after I gave them my symptoms they then diagnose me. This is what I’ve been trying to tell multiple doctors at other establishments and other specialist that I wish they stop telling the patient how they think they we as black women should feel like, and listen to what they are feeling. There is a big difference and everybody is not a crackhead or a drug addict and want to take pain pills all the time I asked them for a permanent fix and they gave me a permanent solution. Hopefully if surgery goes well but I have full trust in Doctor Marky because I read Google reviews on him and looked him up and he had all great things that were said about him . I look forward to working with Novant in the future.

  Don't come to this practice or any of the total spines if you need disability paperwork they refuse to do anything even though they have been treating me for the past year and a half. I have had cervical dissectomy and fusion at this after a week and a half after surgery they could not figure out how to call me in a refill -their after care people are either horribly inept or they were being very dishonest in their communication and lied when they said they would call me in a refill - if they didn'hit want to give it to me they should have just said so. so after suffering in pain for a week and a half they finally called me in a refill on my pain meds this is less than 3 weeks after surgery - I continue to have pain so I have been getting the epidurals although I have been on disability for over 15 years they refuse to fill out the little bit of paperwork that I need but they will take your money they do not care about their patients they knew I was disabled when I came to them for surgery and epidurals. I am almost 64 years old In November !! I only have 1 more year on employer disabilty income ! Yet they are too busy and uncaring to help an established patient ! Unbelievable !
