  Simon was great! Sleep center was quiet, with accommodations. If you're expecting a 5 star hotel as far as bedding, it's definitely not that experience. But, the staff was great. Enjoyed chatting with Simon.

  This review is for the sleep center off of Randolph. The pillows were nasty. The bed was like a crib matress. The pillows were in a plastic protector. The people walked in 4 times, while I was sleeping, to mess with the box, waking me up. Dismissal is extremely abrupt. No water or any other beverage was offered at anytime.

  My daughter had been referred to Novant Sleep Study by a psychologist that was treating her for a particular issue. I didn't want to make the appointment until I could check with her regular psychiatrist to make sure she agreed that it was something we should pursue. In the meantime, Novant had called us multiple times and even sent letters saying they had been trying to reach us to schedule this appointment, but I just wasn't ready yet. After my daughters Dr. agreed to the referral, I called and scheduled the appointment at the Ballantyne office since it was convenient. A few days before we were to be there the office called and cancelled due to illness and I rescheduled for 3 weeks later. 2 days before that appointment they called and cancelled again due to illness (did not even bother to ask or suggest any other location to try to get her in this week). I called her psychiatrist back who said that this was ridiculous and we needed to find another provider for them to send a referral to. My daughters treatment plan including medications could possibly be determined by the results of the study, and we haven't even had the consultation yet! I would not recommend the Ballantyne office for The Presbyterian (Novant) sleep Study Clinic!!!!!
