  I am extremely disappointed in this practice. I have been a patient in the past and while they were able to help me I will no longer give them my business. I asked to schedule an appointment with a MD this time as I would like the expertise of a MD. They said that they have one MD at this location and theyt he is only seeing NEW patients. I said that I do not understand that. They said the the MD is trying to establish a new patient list and will likely see current patients at some point. Okay, so someone like me, who is suffering, and specifically asked to see an MD is denied? They told me I can see a MD on Randolph Rd. What they heck kind of service is that? That is completely NOT focusing on what I, as a patient, needs or asked for. Not that Novant Sleep Medicine - Ballantyne cares but I'll be taking my business to a MD Sleep Specialist through Atrium.
