  I have read a lot of the comments, unfortunately I am sorry that you all had a bad experience, but for me I am glad that I was referred here since 2018 and Dr.Patel has been remarkably and his team. I haven't had any bad experiences with the front desk either, sometimes every one needs grace.

  What pushed me to give a review at this office is the lady receptionist at the front desk today 7/22/2025 who don't represent Novant standard of being remarkable. She told me my card I used was denied when I know well there was no problem with it. 100% good. In fact I called my card issuer after I left that office and there was no problem with it. This receptionist lady did not make any efforts to try a different way. This the reason for me being upset. I wish it was true - card is not good so I have no reason to write this review but she was so basic, does she needs more training? She represents the front desk of this office there is some expectations of being on that side, know what you are doing and try to have a welcoming positive attitude. She needs to attend "SPARK" training.

  Dr. Patel is amazing. He took time with my husband and I to make sure that he had my complete history. He answers all messages in the patient portal in a very timely manner and is overall very caring. Sabrina, at the front desk, was amazing, as well. she followed up quickly after receiving my medical records. She has been professional and all interactions with her on the phone and in-person were friendly and polite.

  The office is very clean. Dr Patel explained d everything I'm new to the NC area and having a Rhemuatolologist is important . Only bad side is the Rhuematalogisg never goes to the Hospital. However, you are able to reach doctors by phone. Hopefully this is a true fact
