  WAVERLY LOCATION! Avoid this location if possible the person who answer the phone call it is very rude. No very friendly at the time or talking with customer. Thats is why other health care brands are coming to our City, because with people like. Rude, she just hung off my calls without my even finish the call her Name is Ericka or Erica. She blamed on my as being the one ending the call. To the person who oversees the management of this location please make sure she receive to actual training to how to deal with her duties as a being the main face of yours customers. Unfortunately we need to get stuck with this office since that is the closest location!

  The most disrespectful front desk employee, why have someone like that to greet or answer the phone. Not willing to help at all, I try calling to make an appointment and she said “ I NEVER HEARD THAT DIAGNOSIS BEFORE...” which was IT (Iliotibial) Band Syndrome. I gave it another try by driving and getting there I person and the result was the same, she rolled her eyes as she was talking to me and waiting for the answers to her questions. I will never come back here, sadly they are just a few minutes away.
