- RRRaphael RiqueSep 20, 20231.0One person of the staff that schedules appointments was super rude, unpolite, and non-empathic with me. I was extremely disappointed in the way she handled my case because it made me feel bad, disrespected and guilty for arriving late for a rescheduled appointment. Instead of trying to understand what caused my delay, the person started judging me without even giving me the opportunity to talk. Then the male physiotherapist that attended me on this same appointment told me I should buy a watch, which is extremely disrespectful to say to a customer. The only credit I can give to this place is to the physiotherapist Hannah Moore who has always been super kind, respectful and professional with me.
