  I am SO grateful to Elisa Royer’s stellar physical therapy. I could not walk or stand more than a few minutes due to ankle tendinitis when we started. After several weeks of personalized physical therapy I am back to normal and absolutely thrilled to have my life back. It’s worth noting that I had the full attention of the therapist for our sessions. I’ve heard some physical therapy offices split appointments among patients which is not done here. Checking in at the front desk and scheduling was easy and the woman working at the front desk was always kind, professional, efficient, and helpful. I really can’t thank them enough for the great care and helping me heal and get back to a full life!

  Will not answer the appointment line and when you press 1 for a call back to hold your place in line no one calls you back. So whatever you do don’t push 1 for a callback when you’re up in the queue because you WILL NOT get a call back. I am literally going to have to make a trip to the office physically to schedule an appointment and this is a big inconvenience especially when you’re in pain.

  First time coming here for the Rehab side. Smooth and easy check in. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. The PT is saw was very nice, efficient and listened to all my concerns. Clean facility with plenty of parking in the front. So far so good.

  Your receptionist at the front desk was half asleep, and when I spoke to her, she didn't even bother to take off her headphones. I repeated several times that I needed to reschedule the meeting for another day, but she simply repeated my schedule, which I had also stated several times, stating that I couldn't make it on those days. To which she responded unkindly, "What do you want from me?" I think it's nothing anymore. I wish you could improve your customer service!
