  I've had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment. It took weeks to secure my initial appointment, and when I finally arrived, their system was down. I was told to call on Monday to reschedule, but despite leaving multiple messages, no one has answered the phone or returned my calls. It's incredibly disappointing and difficult to get the care I need when I can’t even schedule an appointment. This level of service is completely unacceptable and makes the healing process even harder.

  Rude woman at front desk. This could be a nice location but needs better organization and customer service skills on how to treat people as they enter the office. That's not what I expected from Ortho Carolina.

  Certainly would not go here again. Not happy with billing, therapist, Nice that the therapist can't remember what they are billing for.etc.....so don't reply with a 844 number. I'm not going call to tell you how to make it better. Maybe your My chart can help y'all! P.S the 866 number your left was out of order.

  Thank you Jeremy Phipps for working with me today. You helped motivate me to consider making big changes in my health regarding strengthening my knees and working on myself to prevent further injuries. You were very friendly and easy to work with. You educated me about the anatomy of my knee and physiology behind injuries. I appreciate your work!
