  My mom came here for physical therapy, and they treated her like crap she told them she was coming in around 12 and told her it was fine and then when she showed up the lady with the name of Jules or something like that, she works at the front desk told her everyone went to lunch and my mom had to wait on top of that, when everyone came back from break, the lady asked her to wait more on top of that even though she was there first, anyway she waited and when my mom got tired of waiting she went up to her and the lady told her she forgot ? so unprofessional. you guys need to see who y'all have in the office, she was on the way to her appointment and they cancelled 30 minutes beforehand, because of her insurance and when we called the insurance they said there was no issue, I don’t know if these people are just racist since my mom is a older hispanic lady, or they just don’t care about there jobs.

  I walked into the facility in blazing pain from sciatica, but by the time my treatment program was over, I was, and remain, pain free, all thanks to my therapist, Brandon Shore! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about my problem, the exercises he taught me were gentle and surprisingly effective, and he was so personable that each session was actually a pleasure. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful, and the facility has an impressive weight room; gender-specific locker rooms with changing areas, showers, and a bank of lockers; and a separate physical therapy room where Brandon and the other therapists work their magic. My experience with Novant Rehab at the Arboretum was outstanding, so gold stars all OVER the place!!

  I visited this facility for 2 months, it was wonderful! My rehabilitation therapist was Michael Rosenberg, a wonderful professional in his field! After each visit to him, I felt new! I recommend it!
