  I had an appointment and missed it due to the storm, these are hard times for everyone right now, I still attempted to reschedule my appointment but now I am considered “dismissed” I have never heard that in my life especially when it comes to health care. It’s actually sick and sad, you can’t miss a single appointment for any reason or be late yet they can treat you however and show up whenever they feel like it and reschedule when it’s convenient for them. I wouldn’t WAIST any TIME, MONEY or MENTAL frustration on this! THEY DISMISS PATIENTS and will continue too.

  “You should see a specialist ASAP. Oh, but we won’t release your records for at least two weeks.” Negligence: treated me without more than 3 years of my medical history. I didnt realize the full history hadn’t been transferred and they never asked for it. It was only after asking them many questions did I find that out. Also during my annual the doctor said “you do self breast exams? Cool then I won’t do one” LOL WHAT

  I was a first time patient looking for a new doctor & second opinion. I do not suggest ever booking with Dr. Keyunna Austin. I’ve never felt so genuinely uncomfortable in a doctors office nor felt like the doctor was against me ever in my years of attending a Dr office besides my visit with her today. The energy was soooo weird. I’ve never had a doctor laugh at me nor act the way she did during our visit. She left the room without even saying nice to meet you or have a good day. That’s genuinely genuinely genuinely genuinely very genuinely concerning ..???? Weird energy & Ingenuine care . It felt like a personal energy was directed toward me. She mentioned a bill more than 20+ times in which no doctor has EVER mentioned to me simply because she felt I was going against her suggested care. I don’t even leave poor reviews but my experience with her on 11/20 had to be shared. I felt violated & genuinely was at the check out desk fighting tears. The checkout desk lady was genuinely so sweet and shifted my mood. I feel like she could tell my energy was off & even suggested a new doctor given this was my first time at their practice. She’s the reason I may return for a new doctor. It was genuinely concerning given I was being vulnerable with a new care provider. Everyone else was kind besides her. I would never suggest nor trust her with your concerns. I only booked with her because my doctor was booked out. Allow this to be your first review & reconsider your care at this office . More life .

  This team from front desk to my visit with my provider, Kimberly Polonsky, to the lab collection at the end of my visit were amazing! I have found a new home for my general health!
