  We moved to Charlotte back in November towards the end of my first trimester, and got connected with this team. I can honestly say they have made this pregnancy so much smoother to navigate, and everyone has been so kind in every visit! I’m an anxious person, especially as a first time mom, but these ladies have been so patient and informative that it’s calmed so many of my nerves! Each doctor that I’ve seen has been so approachable and understanding of my worries, I’d gladly have any of them when baby boy decides to come! They’ve made this first pregnancy so special, and I highly recommend them ❤️

  Probably the worst Doctor’s office I have ever been to. The front desk staff is so incredibly rude with the biggest attitude the minute they pick up the phone. I have never been treated so horribly as a patient- constantly having to follow up asking for a response from the Doctor. When you talk to the nurses they give attitude as well. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

  Chose this doctor for my care during my pregnancy. This was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I was told that do to medical reasons I should terminate my pregnancy. I completely understand the medical advice given by doctors, but of course the decision is mine to make as I will have to live with this for my entire life. I went to an appointment and was told throughout the appointment that I could die. I completely understand the risk, but I was still told that every other sentence I had to be walked out of the back of the office due to how upset I was. In the midst of being upset from that appointment, I allowed them to talk me into setting up the appointment for the termination But after speaking with another medical professional, I was told I didn’t have to rush my decision so I canceled the appointment.I then try to transfer care to another office and was told they agree with the plan that this Office gave, and I was told to come back to Queen city as they would see me. I called to try to schedule an appointment and was told due to me canceling the surgery. They would not see me in their practice. I haven’t been seen going on two months now and I am high risk so I asked them. What can I do about being checked, I was told I could go to the emergency department for my prenatal care. This is not how you treat people I’ve had a completely horrible pregnancy. Something that’s supposed to be happy for me. Has been turned into one of the worst times of my life. I’ve have had to start therapy due to The mental to this process put on me and the doctors have not made this process. Any easier I wish I had read the review before choosing this practice for my care please read the reviews

  Aweful practice. 8:00am appointment confirmed 24 hours ago and checked in online. We arrived at the office from an hour away only to know the appointment is at 1:45pm! Receptionist said a message was sent! Really?! Oh, yes, a random reminder was sent last night at 5:35pm with identical confirmation as it was for the 8:00am confirmation but new time! Apparently ultrasound technician is not in this morning. What about cancellation policy within 24 hours? Only patients charged but the practice can do whatever with no proper notice at all?

  Called and set up an appointment over two weeks ago. Got a notification on Friday that they had canceled my end-of-the-year appointment because the providers schedule had changed. I reached out first thing Monday morning as they messaged me late in the day on Friday, and was informed that there are no more appointments until January 12. Extremely unsatisfied with customer service here. The woman at the front desk had an attitude whenever I asked her for an open appointment Save Your time and go somewhere less trendy they obviously only care about Instagram and reviews and not about their patients
