  Such an amazing team of providers! They were supportive throughout my whole pregnancy and helped me to successfully achieve a VBA2C! So grateful for all of their care as we welcomed our baby girl!

  I cannot rave about this office enough. My doula sent me here after a poor experience with another practice. I saw the midwives here for prenatal care and delivering my first baby. The care I received was outstanding. Alex, Christina, Melissa, Dr. B and Barbara M were my main team and they are outstanding. I don't envision changing from this office/this midwife practice for future care. Everyone here midwives, doctors, nurses, front desk staff is EXCELLENT. Barbara Metzalaars delivered my baby at Presby, and she was incredible. She did everything I needed from a support and medical perspective to help me meet my unmedicated birth goal. At one point in the blur of unmedicated birth I remember Barbara even massaging my back, feet etc as I was between contractions. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received here.

  Got there literally right at the 10 minute mark, only to be told the doctor couldn’t see me. Drove over 45 minutes to be there and had been trying to call ahead since 9 but kept getting looped through the recording . I wasn’t greeted everyone had on headsets wasn’t paying attention to me or anything until I spoke up and had to ask to be helped. This place is trashy and has gone down hill and I’ve given them business a long time. I will be contacting patient relations to report the staff.

  I tried for 3 days to get a new patient appointment at this office with either no answer to the phone or holding for over 30 minutes. After finally getting a return call from a receptionist I was able to schedule an appointment a few weeks out. A few days later I was called and told there were no ultra sound techs in the office that day. The person then rescheduled me for another 10 days after my initial appointment. Today I have received yet another call that I will need to be rescheduled, for a different office and they do not even have an MD available to see me. The stress and uncertainty of pregnancy is already overwhelming. This experience has been extremely disappointing. To anyone looking for a new provider I would say this is not even worth your time. The doctors can be amazing but if you can never get in to see them what is the point.

  Excellent care! Highly recommended. Dr.Arronte, I had a great experience and will continue going to the Southpark location for my OB/GYN care.
