  Grossly mishandled and miscommunicated a blood draw on my pregnant wife, leading to us having to return for another round of draws, delaying our genetic screening, and postponing our ability to determine gender, and introducing an inordinate amount of stress to our holidays. This was *after* scheduling the appointment as quickly as possible at the urging of Barbara Navarro, who ordered the blood work and assured us all would be handled before Christmas. Once we found out they'd only drawn for half the tests (which we had verbally confirmed *in office* and *day of*), we called and were told in a rude and dry manner "we are sorry, we can report to management but there is nothing else we can do." Absolutely horrible experience, and if we honestly thought anywhere else in Charlotte could be moderately more professional we'd have already switched. P.S. I *swear to god* if one of you people replies to this review asking for me to contact a "feedback line" I will absolutely lose it. If you wanted my feedback, you could have gathered it and appropriately escalated the issue when we called, or better yet not completely screwed up the appointment in the first place, rather than try to save face after a Google Review gets posted. Absolutely disgusting, profit motivated behavior.

  I have nothing nice to say about this place and staff with all that I’m dealing with they lacked to properly advise me of vital information. That should have been provided from the very start Very disheartening !!!!! My experience with staff this go round then I had back in 2022

  Just went to this clinic today for the first time and from the initial making the appt til the very end of the appt was an absolute pleasure. All aspects of this establishment was a win. I made the appt and shortly after a person called to confirm and she herself was a pleasure. Today for my appt I was so lost in that big old place and two employees saw me as the were leaving and took me all the way back to the office. Like right to the door! When I walked in the reception was so amazing getting me checked in so I didnt have to reschedule. She was genuine and nice and all smiles. Dr. Jones assistant (who's name has escaped me) was so warm and pleasant and made me feel at ease. She was very personable and professional. Now Dr.Jones!!!!! This review couldn't begin to say how pleased I was with her. She explained everything and answered all my questions. She was so personable I felt like I knew her for ever. Like it wasnt my first visit even though she was asking me first time questions. I didnt feel like she was been nosey or making general assumptions like some Md do. She seemed interested and I felt like she cared. I will definitely be back to her. Michelle the lab tech was also amazing and gentle as she could be for someone taking blood. This office sold me at the door. Yall keep doing what yall doing. Its working!!!! Kudos. Loved my parting hug too 🤗
