  Worst primary care assistant. I used to see Lisa Ford before she retired and they replaced her with a primary care assistant named Daniel Kirkley. I had seen him maybe three times and every time I’d see him, he rarely ever listens to any of the symptoms and issues I have, he just prescribes me stuff that I tell him I can’t take because I’ve had a bad reaction to it. This time I had a continual issue that had been going on since the beginning of the new year and instead of him listening and trying to really figure out what the issue is he just assumes it’s one thing when it’s not and prescribes me medication that ends up causing bad reactions. And when I told him that the prescriptions he gave me were the same ones I told him I had a bad reaction with the last time he just goes and tries to prescribe something else. And then, finally, when I told him that that didn’t work either, he doesn’t even try to come up with another alternative he unsteadily says maybe you should go to an urgent care or the ER where they can help you better, I don’t know of any other antibiotics that I can prescribe you. So I end up, going to an urgent care and actually get a Doctor who listens and actually tries to figure out what the root of the problem was and was able to solve that in less than an hour and I feel 10 times better and I’m not on medication’s that give me bad side effects. Overall, I would never recommend going back to that place. Terrible staff, and terrible physician.

  Unhelpful and unprofessional. I’ve had appointments cancelled on me last minute multiple times after waiting weeks to be seen. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. No one answers questions, they won’t send in refills for prescriptions without making you jump through hoops, and they are very rude and short with you.

  Horrible customer experience. I had an appointment booked today and I am in between insurance because I just spent some time out of the country and I went in wanting to pay out-of-pocket for a check up, but they were not able to tell me how much it would be they said it would be 200 or 300 or 400. They do not know and if I got an extra bill that is out of their control. Horrible customer service. No product knowledge. No assistance and wanting to explain the issue that I had. Please save yourself a trip and do not visit this office.

  Absolutely unprofessional and careless staff. They shouldn’t even be called primary care. They DONT care about your wellbeing and won’t follow up or send your medication. It’s been a month and I didn’t even get a follow up about my prescription and didn’t get the prescription it self. The most hideous, carless, and unprofessional staff you might meet. Don’t go there if you want to feel better.

  I love this office! Everyone is so nice and caring. Nurse practitioner Mary J McNinch is the best. She genuinely cares about her patients and she is really easy to talk to.
