DO NOT GO HERE FOR ONCOLOGY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE! My wife experienced the worst treatment by Dr. Patricia Kropf and her staff who actually harassed, refused to treat her at times, and the Dr. would yell at her things like "you are not the only one with cancer" or my favorite "you don't have to be here" after my wife begged to be transferred which they did not until she was discharged. We reported it and was ensured they would review the case and after 2 months sent a letter back with a corporate AI generated seeming response that essentially accused my wife of being hostile when she was not whatsoever and having panic attacks over the care she was receiving. We are now going to Levine Cancer Hospital at Atrium and it is night and day better and your parking can be validated for stays and visits (Novant will only validate if you are there longer than a month so I had to spend money to stay with my sick wife). Dr. Kropf is a monster and not only did some staff at Novant sympathize with my wife and try to stand up for her but even doctors and staff at Atrium know about her and how she is known to mistreat patients, however Novant would rather send a letter denying any accountability and instead deflecting that my wife should without question listen to a doctor who berated her and when she finally stood up for herself blew up and said "I am not going to treat her anymore" so loudly CNA's showed up to ask if everything was alright. She also called security on my wife, and when asked if they are going to remove her they said they cannot because she is not hostile or aggressive, so she will also call security on you to try and intimidate you while wasting hospital resources? PLEASE AVOID THIS STRESS FILLED NIGHTMARE

Hello, Back in 2015, I had fibros surgery and after I started to heal, I noticed that the sides of my waiste was different from the other. As I healed it was noticeable that they are different. The doctor that performed my surgery is named Nora Arronte. She told me, before the surgery that she performed this surgery eight times, after surgery and assured me the fibroids were gone. Fast forward 1 year after, I remained struggling with pain and noticeable different waist sizes. In 2022 I had to get a partial hysterectomy and the doctor that performed it told me I had so much scar tissue damage from the botched job Nora Arrontes did to me. At the time I thought Arrontes cared about my situation but she actually made it worse. I could not give my husband a child do to Arrontes patch job. Do not let this woman do surgery on your body.

I came to this location from monroe hospital march 31st 2026. I woke up Thursday April 2nd I didnt receive no bath instead I got a inappropriate wipe down, was touched in my private area by two nurses who refused to answer my wife phone calls and keep my family updated... I will always forever fear walking through those doors this makes me fear every hospital in charlotte NC I dont get why I was poked up multiple times by these direct two night nurses I dont know any game plan I reported this to authorities as they may have done this to someone else besides me people be afraid to report things and im not I definitely have terrible nightmares now.

My daughter Hayven had to come in and spend 24 hours for her EEG on the pediatric unit. Let me just tell you the eeg tech’s, nurses, cna’s, doctors EVERYONE was so kind and sweet to my girl! I was highly impressed. I have never seen a hospital that cared so much. Keeping a child in a room for 24 hours is not easy, but they brought her toys, and coloring books and her eeg tech’s had a dance party with her to get her happy to finish one of her tests, and went and got her some of her favorite chips for her to snack on! Literally everyone made the experience a great one for us and it truly means the world to us! We appreciate this hospital and the staff! Thank you for everything that you do!🤍🤍

I had a major heart attack in Jan and was sent to Presbyterian hospital and I am so thankful that I was sent there. The 5th floor Cardiac ICU nurses, and the Cardiac Unit on the 6th floor, PA’s and surgeons were phenomenal! They all made the traumatic experience that I had easier by their kindness and concern. I asked them if they were angels. Great hospital and staff! Love them and so thankful for everyone of them!
