    We have been seeing Dr Bartell and Dr Santos for over 6 years now, before they were even a part of Novant. I love the staff like they are a 2nd family, and I love the doctors even more. We moved to a different city, about 45 minutes away, but still drive to see them. They are the best pediatric doctors in Charlotte, HANDS DOWN!
