  I have nothing but positives about this office. Novant itself has been wonderful since my pregnancy and now with my child. Dr. Harris is a phenomenal pediatrician and every single member of the staff gets 10 stars. I go out of my way to this office but would recommend to any parent!

  We have been coming here since my daughter was born in 2019. We love Dr. Smith so much we continued coming to her even after we moved to Locust. Now I may have done something wrong. But my daughter is on adhd medication and going on the third assessment for her medicine now. Dr. Smith has been amazing walking us through this. However she was out of the office on a Friday and my daughter’s prescription was running out the next day. I put in a refill request the same I have done in the past since her Dr requested the assessment form to be filled out after 30 days of her medicine. An RN (Beth) messaged me saying we needed an appointment to get a refill but said she would put in for a partial refill. After informing her a little of what is going on because this is someone who has never met my daughter nor spoke to her doctor about the care plan she has in place for her, I guess she didn’t like what I said and choose to ignore me for the rest of the day which made my daughter go all weekend without her medicine. Now first thing Monday morning the request was denied and I know it’s because she couldn’t control the situation so she got spiteful and ignored me. I love this office but someone that has never spoken to me or my daughter, never spoken to the doctor about what we have in place for my daughters care, and can’t control their emotions should not be in control of someone’s medication's. Much less a child’s medications. Very disappointed in how RN Beth handled this situation. I will be taking my daughter in for her next appointment and then finding a new office to handle her medical care plan. This is ridiculous. Edit: I know the RN does not have final say over the medication. But when she chooses to ignore me and not speak to a doctor about a refill like she said she would, she is controlling a medication.

  The best doctors,nurses and staff. Very understanding, polite and always provided us the best care. Whenever we needed an immediate appointment they have always made sure to get us in by providing the earliest appointment. Thank you for everything.

  The facility is clean and inviting. The front desk staff was professional and efficient. Dr. Morgan and Nurse Erica were so attentive with my children. They spoke directly to my boys and treated them so well. It is evident they love what they do. My children were happy to be at the doctors office rather than scared. It was a great experience and I am thankful I found a great pediatrician.
