  Where do I start?? I gave them a one star because Dr. Nair wasn’t that bad however…. I felt pressured into getting my baby vaccinated. When I said I was not sure they discharged me from the practice and now I have to find somewhere else for my baby to go. I don’t trust them. Dr.Zuzo was not good at all. We saw her twice and she didn’t remember us and my oldest daughter has been her patient for years and she says every time, who are you? The sister, cousin…?? It’s so annoying. How can I trust a system that does not listen to the concerns I have and I feel dismissed when I take my baby to be seen. All they say is, she’s fine. I’m over it. I took her too an appointment, explain why we were there( for the3rd time) and was told oh she’s fine. I had to say, can you check this and that because if I didn’t, she wasn’t going to check anything. Novant as a whole needs to get better. From my pregnancy experience to now it’s been horrible. If you are unsure about vaccinations, don’t go here. I asked for more information about them and I did not get any nor did I get any reassurance. They said just trust us…… How…?? I went to the doctors yesterday and she asked about vaccinations and I said I was afraid(among other things) she mentioned a discharge letter but she said it didn’t mean anything right now, she had to write it up and to schedule an appointment at the front or call. I said I would call but when I went to ask about a concern for my baby today, I couldn’t find any doctors on MyChart because they dismissed her that quick. Sooooo who am I trusting??? Doctors don’t care anymore. I’m so over it.

  I am very disappointed with the care we received from Dr. Zuzo. In 2020, when our one-month-old son had COVID, we reached out for guidance and were told not to worry and that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, his condition worsened, and he later had to be taken to the ER in critical condition. As new parents, we relied on medical advice to help us make decisions for our child’s safety. Looking back, we feel our concerns were not taken seriously, and earlier intervention or clearer guidance might have prevented a very frightening situation. This experience caused us a great deal of stress and loss of trust. Updating my review since the original one wasn’t visible.

  I don’t even know how to start.. we loved Dr zuzo im a current patient of primary care we loved Dr lejawa . We love novant health but we experience the worst at pediatrics this time . The dark lady at the front I didn’t had the change to catch her name cuz there’s not name or badge … she was talking with someone about her night hookup and she didn’t even noticed I was there standing with my kiddos waiting for checking in.. we will mention this to Dr zuzo and probably switching pediatrician. Uncomfortable and situation!! I will say this office has potential the Dr is the best but the front desk is HORRENDOUS!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt the need to for this office. I called this office to inquire about switching to them because it would be convenient for me since I live in Berewick. However, the receptionist was VERY rude and seemed annoyed by my questions. I know this was one over-the-phone encounter, with one person from the office, but based on my first experience with them, I would not switch if that is how she speaks to families with valid questions about their office providing care for my children. I will continue to see our provider; a little drive and traffic is worth it over rude service.
