  We’ve had SUCH a good experience with Chanelle at Novant Health Pediatric Rehabilitation Eastover. I brought my infant in for feeding issues, and she has been hands down one of the best providers we’ve ever worked with. Chanelle takes her time, never makes me feel rushed or flustered and consistently answers every question with patience and depth. She is also skilled at communicating complex information at exactly the right level of detail so I understand. As a parent, that level of thoroughness and reassurance means a lot and is hard to find these days! What really sets her apart is her holistic approach-she looks beyond just her specialty and considers the full picture of what’s going on, which is incredibly rare and sooooo valuable- the exact kind of care you want to receive when trying to figure out health issues with your child that can involve multiple specialists. I can tell she genuinely cares and is invested in finding the best outcomes for my daughter. One small suggestion: it would be wonderful if you offered virtual check-ins, especially after additional test results come in, as that would make follow-up much more convenient. I hope Novant knows what a gem they have with Chanelle and I highly reccommend her for infant care!

  I am writing to express concern regarding the handling of the visitor policy during a recent appointment. I understand that policies are in place for important reasons; however, I believe an exception could have been considered under these extraordinary circumstances. The young parents involved had laid their other twin to rest just the day before the appointment. The grandpalrents accompanied them to provide emotional support during an incredibly difficult time. Despite their grief, the parents chose to keep the appointment because they recognized the importance of ensuring their surviving infant received proper care. Situations involving the recent loss of a child call for a heightened level of compassion and sensitivity. Allowing the grandparents to remain with the family would have demonstrated understanding and humanity during a profoundly painful moment. I respectfully ask that this matter be reviewed and that consideration

  My daughter looks forward to attending therapy she truly loves her therapist! Even the receptionist make scheduling an ease & checking us in.

  My daughter met with Chanelle for infant feeding therapy. She patiently took her time to both hear my concerns and provide actionable solutions. She frequently referenced her ongoing research and clearly stays up to date on current practices and protocols. I walked out of my sessions with her feeling at peace and confident in how to help my daughter. She is also a joy to talk with! I have shared her information with friends who have baby’s in similar situations without reservation.
