  I was on a waitlist to get an appointment with this group for my son who has bad asthma. A receptionist called me to ask me if I could come in on Wednesday this week. I told her I shared custody of my kids and would need to ask my ex husband, would it be okay if I gave her a call back within a couple hours. She said no problem. I called back within an hour to take it and she told me it was already taken. Wait, what? It was the same women I had spoken to and I told her why would she tell me it was okay to call him and get back to them and then give the spot away? She said it’s first come first serve. I was like you told me I could call you back this is poor customer service and she just sat on the line and didn’t remotely apologize. Where has customer service gone???

  Dr. Chester is stellar. His bedside manner and knowledge is top notch. It was our first visit and I am still in awe of his professionalism. Great experience.

  Dr. Chester and his team are extraordinary. This is the easiest health care provider for pediatrics I've dealt with. I felt reassured and I know my baby was well taken care of.
