Dr. Bullard is awesome!! She listened to our concerns and was very thorough and thoughtful with her questions and evaluation. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Dr Pucci is wonderful. So polite and knowledgeable. She is easy to understand and makes sure you understand everything. We drive 1hr and 30 mins to see her for treatment. She is the best.

My son had his first appointment with Dr.Miller on 04-03-19 which went very well. We took him for the blood tests the next day as there was sense of urgency that the results were needed to complete the diagnosis which we would know in about 2 weeks. Since then, I doubt there would have been any treatment if we hadn't continuously followed up with this office. Full diagnosis and paperwork for 3 monthly shots took another month to complete and several follow-up calls to office. First shot was 05-28-19 - two months after initial consultation. Prescriptions have been sent to wrong pharmacy two months in a row now It is an hour's drive to pick up and cannot be transferred to the correct pharmacy 5 minutes away because it is a controlled substance. First prescription took two hour long trips to pick up because the insurance wouldn't approve the first time due to incorrect address (an address I have never lived). And that is followed by another hour plus drive into Charlotte office for the shot to be given. I have made 4-5 calls to Novant and at least half a dozen attempts to correct information with this office/nurse and was assured a month ago that everything was correct now and the incorrect pharmacy had been deleted. So tonight is the last straw as I return from a third hour long trip to the supposedly deleted incorrect pharmacy to pick up a prescription which was supposed to be two month vial for next 2 shots, but pharmacist tells me is only good for 28 days. So I'll be going through the whole process again next month. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this many mistakes smacks of incompetence and a 'don't care' attitude. Does anyone in this office know what they are doing?
