  Wow I understand the 1 star reviews now. They even gobout of their way to have Google hide their address and business online that's how bad. Don't go here inconsiderate rude obnoxious doctors that need to go back to medical school for bed side manner.

  I am very upset. I spoke to someone regarding the appointment scheduled yesterday for today, and she confirmed the day, date, and time. I went into my chart to get the address, and to my surprise, it was scheduled for a different day. I called, and they said they don’t change appointments. I asked where I could submit a complaint, and she said to put the address on Google and do a review as if my time was not valuable. I want a call and someone to revise the call because she made it seem like I was the one making the mistake and did nothing to help me. I would ask whoever is in charge of listening to recorded calls to confirm that the appointment was scheduled wrong on their end and maybe ask the lady who answered today to be more empathetic with patients.

  The wait time was extremely long. It took our newborn much longer than expected to be seen, even though we had an appointment. The online information was confusing. The address listed online wasn't entirely clear, and it wasn't easy to find the specific building within the larger complex
