  Five stars for the medical team, but working with the front desk team has made things unnecessarily difficult. Apparently there's only ONE person on staff who can manage scheduling appointments, but there are usually at least THREE people behind the counter when we visit. So if you call the office and hit option one on the menu (for appointments), just know you're going to get redirected... but will more likely be told they'll call back. And this is AFTER being told you'll be contacted, but days go by with nothing. It's happened more than once and it's caused delays in treatment, which just compounds stress and frustration. The doctors and nurses are great, and if you need a follow-up your best bet is to schedule through them. They either need to distribute tasks at the front desk differently or hire more help.

  My daughter had an allergic reaction to peanut back in April 2025. We’ve been here a few times for skin testing and the provider felt comfortable doing a food challenge. The visit was a long one but they did everything possible to make sure she was safe, happy, and also were very understanding of mamas nerves and explained every risk and what to expect. My daughter did great and is now no longer allergic to peanut. She did develop some eczema the next day so I called the triage line to ask about a delayed reaction, and they were very reassuring and kind. They are the only pediatric allergist in Charlotte so they are scheduling pretty far out but let me tell you, they are worth the wait!

  The staff was very polite and easy to talk to went there to see if my daughter was allergic to anything I had concerns she was allergic to cats, turns out she is. I was given a 5 refill prescription for allergy medicine in case she ends up getting near a cat or enters a home with a cat. Thank you for a great experience!

  Melissa Kelly was amazing! She was knowledgeable, personable, and kinda. The front desk staff was very nice too. 10/10 recommend this clinic!
