  NP, Whitney is awesome. She’s very straightforward, knowledgeable and handled our infant with care. If you have to come here hopefully you’ll get her. RN, Tiffany is sweet and quick on her feet as well. Thank you all!

  Did a walk in with my 9 month old with a 103.3 fever. The receptionist stated they couldn't see us because we didn't have an appointment. A doctor came out to the lobby to check my son breathing without her stethoscope while telling me can't really tell because she doesn't have her stethoscope ajd we should take him to the ER. Like duh of course you can't tell. No help at all

  Staff is rude and hung up when I tried to merge my sister on the call for her son. They make you create a profile just to see availability. Woman was rude and impatient. Now we will go somewhere else. No sense in giving business to a place like this.

  I had a terrible experienced at this location. If you dont want to be discriminated please dont go here. We visited this facility over the weekend with my 6yrs old broken shoulder. I was told by Witney the ‘provider’ that they were closed. She stated that we did not have an appointment. I had to shower her my appointment time and what the web site shows for closing time. She was rude, in front of my kids. As provider I expected her to least ask what happens, instead she was more worry about leaving the office on time. NEVER again I will visit this place.

  I do not recommend for pediatrics children at all. The lady collecting thr throat sample and the strep test was absolutely awful. She not only shoved it in our child’s nose but she at one pint said come on! Not a care at all and just flat out rude! She shouldn’t even be employed! I think she forgot these are children! The nurse practitioner was very nice and said she would let management know how we felt.
