  This review is regarding Dr. Martin who I felt did not meet my needs. He kept trying to do an exam on my left knee that was in pain while I kept telling him it hurts and that I was afraid of him hurting me more. Dr Martin became frustrated basically released my leg flat on the table and said " well you won't let me exam you so I'll just order an MRI". When explaining to him my concerns that I have with my knee he kept looking at his phone he was more ready to leave the room than to listen to me. In my chart (after summary clinical notes) Dr. Martin started off his notes with 39 year old OBESE woman. My vitals were never taking at my appointment with Dr. Martin when was my last BMI taking or noted? What is he going off to label me OBESE?? I am 5ft 168Lbs! I wear a size 12-13 I'm more THICK than OBESE! We never even spoke of my weight! I went through my whole chart and read every clinical note starting from 09/17/2020 he's the only Dr. to have EVER started off note with (OBESE) or even mentioned OBESE in my chart. The only other Dr. to Mention OBESE in my chart, I was pregnant and that was 3 yrs ago! Next he LIED in my notes saying I discontinued PT because of my left Knee! That's INCORRECT! Before I was recommended to see him I told the same story to the Dr. In the ER who wrote my clinical notes correct but when you go to Dr. Martin's notes his is different and he LIED. I told him I was in an accident 4 months ago I Stopped doing PT 4 1/2 Weeks ago. PT WAS DISCONTINUED BECAUSE IT WAS NO LONGER CONSIDERED AN OPTION FOR ME! I NEVER TOLD DR. MARTIN I HAD LESS NECK AND BACK PAIN. I'VE HAD CONTINUOUS NECK BACK AND LEFT SIDE PAIN SINCE MY ACCIDENT THAT HAS BEEN REPEATED ON GOING PAIN SINCE MY ACCIDENT! THEN HE CHARGED MY INSURANCE AFTER TELLING HIM IT WAS A PERSONAL INJURY CASE DO TO MY ACCIDENT WITH AN 18 WHEELER. EVERY OTHER PHYSICIAN HAS USED MY PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR TREATMENT SO WHY DIDN'T HE????? THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER HAVING ISSUE'S WITH A PHYSICIAN. HE DIDN'T EVEN HELP ME OFF THE EXAM BED HE PUSHED UP A STOOL FOR ME BY THE EXAM BED AND THEN SAID HE'S SENDING HIS NURSE AND LEFT THE ROOM. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS THE BEST ONLY GOOD PART ABOUT THIS REVIEW.

  Was dropped as a patient by Dr. Martin because I went and got a second opinion. 100% unprofessional.
