I visited this clinic as a self-pay patient without insurance and was shocked by the lack of pricing transparency and billing practices.
There is no clearly advertised pricing for self-pay patients, which makes it impossible to make an informed decision before receiving care. No patient wants to walk into a routine appointment not knowing whether they’ll owe a few hundred dollars or over a thousand.
At check out, I was told that the visit would cost $686 if paid immediately but $1,372 if I waited for the bill in the mail. Being pressured to pay on the spot to avoid essentially double charges felt extremely predatory.
I was also told that lab work would be billed separately, with no estimate provided for that charge either.
When I attempted to obtain an itemized bill, I was directed to a portal requesting highly personal financial information including SSN, auto loan or lease payments, and other unrelated details even though I was not applying for financial assistance and only wanted a billing breakdown.
The medical staff may have been professional, but the billing process was opaque, stressful, and unacceptable. Patients deserve transparent self-pay pricing, upfront estimates, and access to itemized bills without invasive financial screening.
Worst bedside manner from the NP. Truly such a waste of time. If you’re concerned just go to the hospital!

I had a 6:45 PM appointment I arrived early at 5:51 PM. Despite being 15 weeks pregnant, recently discharged from the hospital I was not even called back until after 7:00 PM.
It is now 8:30PM—over two and a half hours since I arrived—and I am still sitting here waiting for an ultrasound that was deemed 'Urgent.' This facility closes at 9:00 PM, yet there has been zero sense of urgency or care for my high-risk status. If you are experiencing a true pregnancy concern and need timely monitoring, do not come here. The lack of efficiency and communication is dangerous for expectant mothers.

Even though we found out we had a miscarriage, we had a great experience here. The front desk and providers were all very compassionate and got me back extremely quick for bleeding and pain. I would have been waiting in the ER bleeding out for hours if it weren't for this clinic.

Urgent care OB and you don’t have the “tools” to help remove IUDs? That is just awful. Went to the ER just for them to say they aren’t trained in removal and referred me here. having severe cramping abdominal pain and bleeding over 13 days.. No help.
